Spring 2011 Couture - CHANEL

Taking place in Paris was yesterday's Chanel Spring 2011 Couture show.

This collection exuded light, with a lot of soft colors and neutrals, and variations with black and grey and touches of metallic. 

The structure of the looks demonstrated the basis of the Chanel House, but they were done using a lot of different and unusual textures. 

In the first looks of the collection we are presented with the chanel tweed with spider webs on them. Moving into a lot of beeds and sequins also mixed with the traditional tweed. 

The shoes worn in the show were a basic open black shoe and the same closed shoe what was so refreshing to see was that all of them were flats.
